Literally did nothing to reduce body odor or bad breath. Was quite disappointing. I would buy with caution.

Well, I wanted to try something different and Body Mint worked pretty good for me. I definitely noticed my morning breath toned down quite a bit. Also, after a hard day of work I noticed my sweat didn't smell as strong as before. This is definitely a great all around product to keep your body smell in check; that is if you're very very conscience of your body odor. I pretty much used the entire bottle now and I just might purchase some more.

Strong bacterial cleansing action... Jul 10, 2009
I tried a bottle of Body Mints, several years ago, and am now looking to use these again. At the time, I experienced quite a severe exiting of bacteria--at least that's what I think it was--while taking the product. An extreme, itchy red rash of pustules erupted, under and between my breasts, in the pubic area, at my hairline across the back of my head, and a lesser concentration scattered on my torso; the scars of which remained for some time.

This was very similar to what happened when I was doing a 'cleanse' at an earlier time, involving taking only fresh vegetable and fruit juices and broths for about forty days. So, in my assessment, the mints have to be doing some authentic cleansing of the system, especially for those who don't consistently eat a lot of dark greens, or have an otherwise overly acidic diet, as most of us do.

Perhaps starting with a reduced dosage would lessen the discomfort of such a reaction.

I tried this body mint, finished the whole bottle and nothing. The only thing i know and realized. Is when I did pass my bowels they were the same color as the pill. Didn't help me guess is not for everyone lol
